The primary goal of the Alpha Rho Chapter Academy of Excellence Beautillion Program is to facilitate the personal growth of the young men who participate in the program. As a result, we develop young leaders who understand how to interact in any social situation, with people of all ages.
Through participation in life skills workshops, etiquette and self-esteem courses, educational awareness, and community building activities, our program participants will develop into young men who are prepared to meet the challenge of today’s society.
Personal growth is a priceless asset. The experiences, counsel, values, and standards that are gained through participation in the Beautillion Program foster a sense of awareness and proficiency that will serve these young men throughout their lifetime.
